So last night I had a few biscuits and a can of Coke but today I've been quite good.

I had a scrambled egg and bacon sandwich in toasted bread which I don't think was too bad, I had a coffee with that but I've drunk water all day today.
I took next doors dog for a walk for what I think was half an hour over the park and I'm kind of ashamed to say I got a bit of a sweat on doing that but its something right?

I would have just had some coffee cake but it had walnuts in it which I can't STAND so I had no cake :)

Got spaghetti, garlic and chilli flakes for dinner, accompanied by more water!

I also discovered I really like runner beans cooked in garlic which is good and i'm thinking about getting some nature valley oats and honey bars.
Oh and I want to also lose weight on my thighs and stomach. Like I have a jiggly bit on the bottom and I have a fat roll when I sit down. They both disgust me so I need to get a new sports bra ASAP.

I forgot about this blog

So yes, I haven't blogged since forever. But I think I'll be turning this into my fitness blog because I don't want to piss off my Tumblr followers with my rants about how I drank 11 330ml bottles of Magners last night.

Uhm...so today.

x3 cans of 330ml Cokes - 423 calories :O

SO I'm going to start drinking copious amounts of water.

So far in the build up to college (september 9 :/ ) I’ve so far had my eyebrows waxed, bought a new top from Pretty Green (red long sleeved polo, yayyyy!), looked up healthy recipes for lunch (but right now i want another fucking custard cream :/ :/ ) in a bid to reduce the waistline / muffin top but I need a new bra to complete my ~transformation~ if you could call it that.

I’ve had like x2 bottles of coke at dinner and I’ve just had another one at my Nan’s because she literally forces food into me.

I’m not sure if I can afford the gym at college though, I’ll see how running up and down stairs goes until say, November and then I’ll consider it.
