I had a McDonalds Happy Meal (
403 cal) today in London but I feel this was majorly outweighed by the fact I walked over 16km in London (this
doesn't count walking to and from Charing Cross train station though) and ermm I had a Nandos for dinner (chicken fillet burger, no mayo, just lettuce, chips and garlic bread) which is 1000 cal give or take cause i didn't have any mayo or tomato.
